1. What X kwiaty is

X kwiaty is a display of bouquets and flowers from florists and floral studios. We show a photograph, a name, a price if there is one, and how the flowers may be received. We do not run a shop and we do not take payment for flowers. We do not arrange delivery. The only fee in the service is the seller’s subscription.

2. An order

An order is placed by telephone, directly with the seller, using the “Call” button. The contract of sale is between the guest and the seller. The operator is not a party to that contract. Price, time, delivery, and collection are agreed in the conversation.

3. Guests

Browsing the display does not require an account. The chosen city stays in the browser, so the next visit can show the right flowers at once.

4. Sellers

Registration includes the name, city, telephone, password, and whether delivery and collection are offered. A new account is inactive and invisible to guests until the operator turns it on. The seller is responsible for the truth of the offer, the rights to the photographs, the price, and fulfilling the order.

5. The fee for the display

Guests use the service free of charge. There is no commission on orders. The page carries no advertisements.

Until 31.12.2026 a seller’s display is free. From 1.01.2027 the subscription is 99 zł gross a month. There is no annual fee. The subscription does not limit the number of bouquets: there is no limit on the goods displayed.

Payment is made by a BLIK link. The operator issues a VAT invoice. Before the first payment the seller accepts these terms. A missing payment after the free period may turn the display off.

6. What is not allowed

Unlawful content, misleading content, and content that does not belong to the exhibitor may not be published. An offer should concern floral compositions the florist can truly provide.

7. Activation and blocking

The operator may refuse activation, turn the display off, or block an account, in particular when an offer breaks the law or these terms. A blocked account is not shown to guests.

8. Responsibility

The operator takes care that the display works, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The operator is not responsible for the quality of the flowers, the content of a telephone conversation, or the seller’s performance of the contract.
